SHIPPING POLICY
Sangsara offers free shipping all over India, on all orders. Customers usually receive their orders within 3-4 business days. Get FREE shipping on all orders above Rs.799. Orders below Rs. 799, flat Rs 60 for shipping is applicable.
We ship Heavy Items by ground courier through courier partners depending on the delivery Zone. For a few remote locations where there is no other courier service available, we use India Post to deliver your orders.
Return & Exchange Policy
Sangsara offers a 7-day replacement if any manufacturing defect found in the product. Please get in touch with us on our Email ID customercare@sangsara.in within days of receiving your order if you would like to have it replaced.
We will provide a shipping address that you can ship your order back to us. Sangsara will dispatch a replacement as soon as we receive your returned order. Please note that one-way courier charges will be on to you and other one on to us.
